Welcome to Andora Travel E.I.R.L (RUC: 20616280466). The following Terms and Conditions govern the booking of tourism services, travel packages, private expeditions, and tailor-made experiences operated by our agency throughout Peru.

1. Quotes, Reservations, and Confirmation

1.1. All personalized travel proposals are valid for reference purposes for 15 calendar days from the date of issue, subject to availability at hotels, on panoramic trains, and of entrance tickets to archaeological sites (such as the Llaqta of Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail Network).

1.2. To firmly confirm an itinerary reservation, an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount per person is required. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the trip or on the date agreed upon in writing with your travel advisor.

2. Payment Methods and Security

We accept payments by international bank transfer, international credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through secure encrypted payment gateways (256-bit SSL), and domestic bank transfers within Peru. Any bank fees or surcharges for international interbank transfers shall be borne by the client.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to change your plans. Cancellation requests must be submitted formally in writing by email to your designated advisor:

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance: Refund of 80% of the deposit paid, less any non-refundable costs already issued by government entities (such as Machu Picchu and Inca Trail tickets).
  • Cancellations made between 59 and 31 days before travel: Penalty of 50% of the total value of the contracted travel package.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance (or No Show): Penalty of 100% of the total value of the trip due to hotel, airline, and logistical penalties applied by suppliers.
  • Special note on government tickets: Entrance tickets to the Llaqta of Machu Picchu and Inca Trail permits are personal and non-transferable under the regulations of the Ministry of Culture of Peru and are therefore strictly non-refundable and non-endorsable.

4. Traveler Documentation and Requirements

Each traveler is solely responsible for holding a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Peru, as well as for obtaining any visas required according to their nationality, required vaccination certificates, and notarized travel authorizations for minors.

5. Travel Insurance and Medical Assistance

For the safety and peace of mind of our guests, Andora Travel E.I.R.L strongly recommends that all clients purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering international medical assistance, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, lost baggage, and activities at high Andean altitudes.

6. Force Majeure Events

Andora Travel E.I.R.L shall not be held liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations resulting from force majeure or acts of God beyond the agency’s control, such as severe weather events, natural disasters, strikes, road blockades, or unforeseen orders issued by government authorities. In such cases, our team will provide priority assistance in rescheduling services, seeking the best available alternative.

7. Jurisdiction, Legal Domicile, and Governing Law
